Blessed 2 Be A Blessing Initiatives

Blessed to Be a Blessing “B2BAB” is a series of quarterly fundraiser  initiatives that support various causes by raising funds, collecting donated items and bringing awareness to issues that impact young girls, teenage girls and women living in our communities.

B2BAB Core Annual Initiatives:

  • Blessing Bag  Fundraiser & Help the Homeless Campaign – 4th quarter. Toiletry & Sanitary Items collected & donated to homeless shelter(s) or charitable organization.

 

  • Help the Homeless Campaign – 4th quarter. Daily tips on how to help the homeless shared via social media throughout the Winter Holiday Season.

  • Prom Fairy Glam Makeover – 1st & 2nd quarters. Donors and Sponsors provide monetary contributions to support the “Glam Makeovers” during prom and graduation season.

    • Recipients receive Hairstyles, Eyebrow Treatment, Makeup Applications, Manicures & Pedicures + Sponsor SWAG BAG (includes everything a young lady needs to carry in her clutch for her special day).

    • Partners provide services at discounted prices to deserving young ladies graduating J.H.S. and/or H.S.

 

  • College Essentials & Dorm Necessities Fundraiser -  2nd – 3rd quarter

    • College Essentials & Dorm Necessities with words of encouragement are collected and donated to a young lady headed to college.

 

  • Educational Arts & Crafts Drive 3rd – 4th quarter

    • Reading Books, Arts & Crafts are collected and donated to the children.
