Our refined, articulate, friendly, professional and experienced staff are the answer to your needs. They can assist whether you are catering, self-catering or if the food and beverages are being dropped off.

 

Our Staff will:

• Set up your buffet attractively.

• Set up bar and ice down beverages; pour and pass champagne/cocktails.

• Heat and pass hors d’oeuvres.

• Heat and serve main course and replenish as necessary - We can serve buffet style, family style or as a plated meal.

• Food Prep - We can assemble and dress a salad, carve at a carving station, make coffee, cut up fruit, etc.

• Clear and reset for dessert.

• Professional Bartenders to create signature cocktails  or mix speciality drinks. 

 

Our Wait-Staff perform a thorough clean up at the end of each event:

• Leftovers are wrapped and stored.

• Tables and countertops are wiped down.

• Trash is taken out.

• Chairs & Tables are Stacked.

 

We wear traditional all black and/or white tops and black bottoms or can dress appropriately for a theme.

There is a three-hour minimum for all personnel.
